The white bagasse menu box from our own brand “Verive” is made from plant cell fibers that are leftover from sugar cane production and is therefore a more environmentally friendly alternative to disposable plastic plates.
The undivided, dimensionally stable menu boxes measuring 236 x 229 x 85 mm (1,100 ml filling volume) are food-safe, tasteless and suitable for both dry and moist foods.

This product is certified according to DIN 13432 and is therefore considered “compostable”*. According to DIN 13432, the starting material for the product decomposes to water, carbon dioxide and biomass by more than 90% after a set time under defined temperature, oxygen and humidity conditions in the presence of microorganisms or fungi. A composting time of 10 weeks is used to test biodegradability.
Products with "OK Compost" logos for industry and household are certified as compostable by an independent third party organization. This means that the products meet the requirements of EN 13432 (2000), NF T51-800 (2015), ASTM D6868 (2017) and Meet CAN/BNQ 0017-088 (2010) Heavy metals and fluorine levels are well below the maximum levels required by the following standards Composting the product results in a compost safe for growing plants When tested according to EN 13432 no ecotoxicity was found.*
