Lerades® CSR 501* is an alkaline, active chlorine-containing foam cleaning and disinfectant for the general cleaning of machines and work surfaces in the food industry.

Characteristics:
The alkaline foam cleaning and disinfectant Lerades® CSR 501 cleans and disinfects all surfaces made of stainless steel, concrete or tiles, as well as machines and devices made of chlorine-resistant materials in the food industry in one operation. Fats, proteins and organic contaminants are effectively emulsified, dissolved and broken down into water-soluble compounds. The product effortlessly removes mold, yeast and wine residues. With sufficient dosage, simultaneous cleaning and disinfection is achieved.

This product (including raw materials and processing aids) is free of enzymes, animal-derived substances, and alcoholic beverages (ethanol from alcoholic fermentation). Therefore, this product is halal-compliant.

The product has been certified vegan because it contains neither animal-derived ingredients nor animal-derived processing aids. No animal testing was conducted during the production of this product. Furthermore, no genetic engineering is involved in the manufacturing process.
